The MMQG Course
Learn how to use your energy through MMQG: Meditation, Mindfulness, and Qi Gong
From October 6th you will be able to attend a MMQG course in person, learning how to develop, manage, and use your energy to live a better life.
You will learn how ancient techniques and practices can be added into your daily routine to give you new, powerful tools to stop self-sabotaging and start achieving.
Develop awareness, compassion, engagement and grow the better version of yourself rediscovering just who you really are.
The MMQG Course is held on Sundays, from 10 to 12 at the Sushumnā Healing Space, in Mittlere Kanalstraße 29, 90443 Nuremberg.
The lessons are in English.
